State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman is leading another lawsuit against the Trump administration.
Schneiderman and 15 other AGs are going after Trump’s revised travel ban, which restricts foreign nationals from six Muslim-majority countries.
The order bans travelers who don’t have a “bonafide relationship with a person or entity in the United States.”
The lawsuit claims the Trump administration’s view of what that means is too narrow.
The Supreme Court is set to hear arguments on the travel ban in October.
