A United Plane Reportedly Made an Emergency Landing After Overheating

Two weeks after forcibly and violently removed a passenger from the plane and one week after removing an engaged couple from a plane on their way to their own wedding, United is at the center of yet another scandal.

Jody Genessy, a writer from Utah and a passenger on flight 1549 tweeted that his flight on Monday was “the most frightening thing I’ve ever experienced.” Why? Because the flight bound for Houston, Texas, from Liberia, Costa Rica, had an engine that overheated while they were flying over the ocean.
