muinThe managing director of the Liberia Telecommunications Corporation (LIBTELCO), Mr. Sebastian Muah, has resigned.

LIBTELCO Board sources told the Liberia News Agency today that Mr. Muah has already notified the Board of his resignation, and will turn over his office to the Board tomorrow, Thursday, pending the appointment of a new managing director.
