Terrorist Attack on Istanbul Disco Raises Rejection and Condolences

alex-diaz-mamaniIstanbul, Turkey, Jan 1 (Prensa Latina) At least 35 dead and 40 wounded caused a terrorist attack on an Istanbul disco where the New Year was being celebrated.

All the TV channels of Turkey reported that eight of the wounded are in a critical state and that one of the corpses is that of a security guard of the exclusive facility.

According to the first news broadcast here, the violent action was carried out by at least three terrorists that communicated in Arabic and one of them was killed by the police force present at the elite club Reina, located at the Bosphorus coast in the Ortakoy neighborhood.

Russian President Vladimir Putin offered condolences to his Turkish peer, Recep Tayyip Erdogan for the death of over 35 persons, after an armed attack on the Reina Club, in Istambul.

It would be difficult to imagine such a cynical attack on persons celebrating the New Year, but terrorists are completely alien to human morale, denounces Putin in his message, according to the Kremlin.
