Syrian Army Discovers Terrorists’ Underground Town in Aleppo

faeTEHRAN (FNA) – The Syrian army troops gained access to an advanced and interconnected network of underground tunnels that had been dug by terrorists in the Old Aleppo City district and below a holy religious site.

“The vast tunnel was like an underground town with all the needed facilities, including electricity, water, bath, military operations room and well-equipped waiting halls,” the Syrian army troops said.

The tunnel is around 500 meters long, around 2.5 to 3 meters high, and two meters wide.
