Recently a local civil society organization, the Liberia Youth Initiative (LYI) honored the Director of Finance at the Central Bank of Liberia for his numerous humanitarian services to the Liberian people over the years; an honor many Liberians think is welcoming.
The organization said Mr. Hagba Dorbor was also honored due to his tireless contributions in the Liberian banking sector, which is said worth thousands of commendations, noting that the honoree’s priority of check and balance is indeed timely in ensuring what the organization said has instilled Transparency and accountability at the Central Bank of Liberia.
Hagba, a trained accountant and a graduate of the University of Liberia, also studied finance at the University of Stellenbosch Business School where he studied finance is one of the respectable employees at the Country’s biggest financial banking institution, the Central Bank of Liberia (CBL).
