In Accra Four Liberian Students Attacked, One seriously Wounded

13346865_10154308532233117_1256349422586024762_nAccording to a post on the social media work (Face Book) four Liberian Students were reportedly attached over the weekend in their hostel in the Ghanaian capital of Accra at their Hostel by tenants from Central Africa.

According to the report, one of the students was seriously wounded, the report said the news, the owner of the hostel asked those Liberians that were residing in the hostel to leave immediately.

According to the report, the owner who was not named in the story also instructed the Central Africans to forcibly enter all the room being occupied by their fellow Liberians’ rooms throwing out all their beginnings.

The report further said despite several attempts to seek a peaceful redress and give the affected students ample time to leave, she instead instructed the Ghanaian Military Police to move in and evict the Students.

Efforts by this news outlet to contact the Liberian Embassy in Accra for further detail regarding this report failed. Investigation continues.
