Two Indicted For Criminal Conspiracy, Armed Robbery

The Monrovia City Court at the Temple of Justice in Monrovia has indicted two persons on charges of criminal conspiracy and armed robbery.

Kromah Jallah and John Saah were on March 6, 2015 arrested by the Liberia National Police based upon a complaint filed by Emmanuel Marshall.

Marshall alleged that while locking his business center, the two accused barged into his shop and asked him for his money.

According to the Police charge sheet, Marshall said upon his refusal to comply with their demand, Saah shot him with a single barrel gun in his right knee, leaving neighbors to later rush him to the J. F. Kennedy Hospital for treatment.

According to the police charge sheet, the two defendants made away with some money and other valuable items.

According to the charge sheet, the two men admitted during police investigation to attacking victim Marshall because they were in search of money.

Meanwhile, the two have been detained at the Monrovia Central Prison awaiting trial.
