Ohio Man Accused of Plotting to Set Off Bombs at US Capitol

Federal agents on Wednesday arrested a man in the Midwestern state of Ohio for allegedly plotting to set off bombs at the U.S. Capitol in Washington and shoot officials and employees in and around the building.

Christopher Cornell, 20, of Cincinnati was arrested moments after buying a weapon at a Cincinnati gun store. He was charged in a federal court with possessing a firearm in furtherance of an attempted crime of violence and attempting to kill a U.S. government officer. READ MORE OF THIS STORY
